 1. Be seated and ready to work at the sound of the tardy bell  A = 90-100%
 2. No food or drinks inclass during instructional time.  B = 80- 89%
 3. Bring materials and supplies to classdaily: pencils, paper, pens, textbooks  C = 70- 79%
 4. The Dress Code is enforced daily  D =60- 69%

5. Respect: Give it to Get it!

6. School I.D.'s must be visible & worn above the waist daily.

7. Have fun and get things done.

1. have a proper heading in the upper right-hand corner:

Name

Subject

Seat row/number

Date (no abbreviations),

2. be written in black or blue ink ONLY,

3. have a title or assignment name/description (exercise, page no., etc.),

4. have one inch margins,

5. have text on the front side of the page only, and
